Sales Engineer
Wayne’s responsibilities include meeting with customers to discover their needs to provide effective solutions using the latest technology in the field. Besides providing documentation and proposals, he also can demonstrate particular technologies at the customers’ site. Both training and after the sale support are also part of the service Wayne provides to his customers.
Wayne has over 23 years of experience in the Audio/Video, K-12, and Higher Education Markets. He has hands-on experience creating and designing a complete spectrum of audio/visual systems. Over the course of the past 23 years, Wayne has been part of the sales team for three major Midwest-region A/V companies, and has worked closely with the House of Worship and corporate business industries to create ideal presentation spaces.
Wayne has attended, and continues to attend, many dealer and manufacturing seminars for in-depth product training to maintain expertise for the new state-of-the-art educational spaces now needed in the 21st Century classrooms.
Wayne's goal has always been to understand the needs of his customers, fulfill those needs, and provide outstanding service and support.
When he’s not working, Wayne enjoys reading historical English literature, being involved in his children’s and grandchildren’s lives. He is also very much involved in his local church.
